Winmau World Masters visits Hull City Hall
EY Events are pleased to announce that after weeks of negotiations the Winmau World Masters will be staying in East Yorkshire for 2010. Due to the huge success of the Spa Bridlington since its re-opening the dates requested by the BBC for the event were unavailable. This meant that EY Events needed to find a new temporary home within the area and are delighted to confirm that this new venue will be the magnificent Hull City Hall.
Working in partnership with Hull City Council we will deliver a fantastic event that is sure to really put the city firmly on the sporting map, especially with the guaranteed live TV coverage on BBC Sport.
The event will be held 29th - 31st October 2010 and tickets are on sale now via the Hull City Hall box office on 01482 226 655.

Eurosport TV to screen Beverley’s National Elite Cycle Circuit Race
We are delighted to announce that this years’ hugely popular National Elite Cycle Circuit Race on Friday 24th July will be screened on Eurosport TV. The race, which see’s the historic town centre streets of Beverley transformed into a first class cycling circuit, attracts stars of the sport from all over Europe. Last years event attracted record crowds with thousands of people lining the streets to get a glimpse of the action.

British Kite Surfing Championship flies into Bridlington
ey events will be offering a warm East Yorkshire welcome to the British Kite Surfing Association for their first ever visit with the arrival of the Bridlington Kite Surfing Championships 2009.
The event will be held from 3rd-6th September 2009 on the sweeping sands of South Beach, Bridlington.
This exciting and extremely visual event will see the very best kite surfers from all over the UK competing as part of the UK Kite surfing Championships. Spectators will be able to view all the action free of charge whilst having the opportunity to try the sport for themselves with demonstrations, 'have a go' sessions and competitions.

EY Events finds it (Northern) Soul
Another major coup for East Yorkshire Events Bureau has recently seen a deal to support and sponsor the Northern Soul Weekender held 26th to 28th June 2009 at the Spa, Bridlington.
The agreement has been signed to hold this hugely popular event in for a further 5 years and will enable the weekend to grow and develop.
It also adds another top class music weekend to ey events’ ever increasing and varied programme. With events such as Driffield Folk Festival, Tribfest and now the Northern Soul Weekender, East Yorkshire music lovers have never had a wider choice of quality musical events.
