Located on the established Bessingby Industrial Estate with a good range of offices and workshops. Conference and meeting rooms are available by the hour and there is also free parking available on site.

Our main conference room will comfortably seat 15 people (max 18). The Provision of a Projector, OHP, Flipchart, TV and Video are included within the hire charges and refreshments can be arranged upon request.  Video Conferencing is available for an additional charge.  A smaller meeting room is available upon request.

Following extensive refurbishment to the old BAE Systems ‘flying club’ this centre opened in June 2008 providing luxury office accommodation and conference facilities. The excellent conference, meeting and training facilities can cater for up to 80 people and are available with state of the art presenter equipment and video conferencing.

A Projector, OHP, Flipchart, TV and PA system are included within the hire charges and refreshments can be arranged upon request.  Video Conferencing is available for an additional fee. IT Training room suitable for 10 users + trainer. Located off the A63/ M62 giving excellent road and rail links along with free parking.

Market Weighton Business Centre

Located on the popular Becklands Park Estate on the outskirts of Market Weighton this centre boasts a modern mix of offices and workshops.

Our modern purpose built conference suite, with adjoining kitchen, caters up to 18 people.

A magnificently restored conservatory overlooking the South Gardens and Bridlington Bay. The Swinton Room (70 people-theatre style, 34 people café style, 24 people committee style). A Victorian reception room with fine Rococo plasterwork ceiling, overlooking the North Gardens. The Board room (15 people committee style). 

Skidby Windmill

Yorkshire`s last working windmill, a four-sailed tower mill built in 1821 by Norman and Smithson of Hull. The adjacent warehouses form the Museum of East Riding Rural Life, with displays illustrating the agricultural and rural history of the area. Skidby windmill makes a fantastically interesting venue for any small conference or meeting.
