Using our local knowledge and expertise we can book all you accommodation requirements, taking the stress and chance out of finding quality accommodation at the right price. We have negotiated excellent rates and use only accredited and inspected accommodation providers to ensure you have a memorable stay.

We can provide free information and relevant guidance for delegate packs which can be an added feature of any successful conference. Whether it is street maps, event listings, money off leaflets or free shopping vouchers we can arrange that added extra to make your conference really stand out.

Promoting and marketing your conference is a vital part of the organisation of any successful event but can often be daunting and quite confusing. We have fantastic links with the press and media both locally and nationally as well as a dedicated press department which we utilise regularly.

We offer full individual catering packages that can cater for anything up to 800 people banqueting with the best that fine dining has to offer.

All our conferences have access to full audio visual and technical expertise from our number of on-site specialists. We can also arrange any technical requirements that you ask for.

We can provide a host of entertainment options to help enhance your conference and really make it one to remember. In the past we have sourced and provided live entertainment including singers, comedians and magicians, as well as offering less traditional entertainment such as fireworks, pyrotechnics, boat trips and visits.
